Editorial Policy

At Tikish Saytlar, our editorial policy ensures every piece of content meets our standards for accuracy, fairness, and transparency.

Writer and Fact-Checker Separation

Every review is written by one team member and fact-checked by a different team member. The writer and fact-checker are never the same person. This dual-reviewer system ensures that claims are verified independently before publication.

Minimum Testing Requirements

Before a review is published, the assigned tester must complete the following minimum set:

  • Register an account from an Uzbek IP address
  • Deposit using at least two payment methods (one local, one international where possible)
  • Place a minimum of five bets across pre-match and live markets
  • Request and complete a full withdrawal
  • Contact customer support at least once (live chat or email)
  • Document all times, fees, and outcomes

Conflicts of Interest

Team members are not permitted to hold active betting accounts with operators under review during the active test period. Commercial partnerships do not influence editorial content. Operators cannot pay for higher ratings. If a potential conflict is identified, a different reviewer is assigned.

Rating Criteria

We rate each operator across seven categories: Bonus Value and Terms (20%), Odds and Markets (20%), Payments (20%), Sports Coverage (15%), Customer Support (10%), Platform and UX (10%), and Live Betting (5%). Each category is scored on a scale of 1 to 10, and the overall score is a weighted average.

Score Deductions

We apply automatic deductions for the following:

  • -0.5 points if UzCard or Humo is not accepted (critical for Uzbek users)
  • -0.3 points if withdrawal takes longer than 48 hours in our test
  • -0.3 points if customer support does not respond within 24 hours
  • -0.2 points if the site has no Uzbek or Russian language option
  • -0.5 points if we identify misleading bonus terms or hidden conditions

Review Cadence

Every operator review is fully re-tested at least once per quarter (every 90 days). Between full re-tests, we monitor for significant changes (bonus updates, payment method additions or removals, regulatory changes) and update the relevant sections. The "Last Updated" date on each review reflects the most recent edit of any kind.

Methodology Versioning

This editorial policy is version 1.0, effective from January 2025. If we change the scoring weights, add new categories, or modify the deduction framework, we will update the version number and note the changes here. Previous versions are available on request.

Evidence Standards

Every factual claim in a review maps to one of three evidence tiers: (1) first-party test data from our own accounts, (2) primary-source documentation such as operator terms pages or licence registry entries, or (3) third-party reporting from recognised industry outlets. Where a claim relies on operator marketing material alone, we label it as "operator-stated" rather than presenting it as confirmed fact. If we cannot verify a claim from at least one independent source, it is removed or flagged.

Update Schedule

All reviews are updated quarterly or whenever a significant change occurs (new bonus, payment method changes, regulatory updates). The last update date is displayed on every review page.
